Return Policy

Returns are allowed if we receive them within the first 45 days after shipment, subject to the conditions and exceptions below. When we receive a returned product, that is not defective and satisfies the conditions below, we will refund your purchase price, less shipping, and send a confirming e-mail. If you chose a free shipping option we will deduct the actual shipping charge that we incurred from your refund. If the product was defective we will ship a replacement, and refund the U.S.P.S. Media Mail postage for the returned product; if it is not possible for us to ship a replacement we will refund your original purchase. Bibles with name imprints may not be returned - see paragraph 7 below.

  1. When you want to return a product you must first send an e-mail to: within the first 30 days after purchase. Please type the subject of your email as “DISCOUNT BIBLE PRODUCT RETURN” and let us know your invoice number and a brief reason for the return. We will respond to this email to confirm return instructions. Please make sure to set up as a safe sender in your email settings.

  2. You should return your item by United States Post Office (U.S.P.S.) Media Mail to: DISCOUNTBIBLE RETURNS, 421 Worthington Dr., Mars,PA 16046-7103. In the package, please include a copy of your Discount Bible invoice with a brief note explaining the reason for the return. Credit for returns that are received with a postmark or other shipping date confirmation that is later than 45 days after shipment will not be allowed.

  3. We do not accept the return of products not purchased directly from our company.

  4. Unless the product has not been opened, BibleWorks software is not returnable under any circumstances. If a BibleWorks product is defective you should contact the publisher directly at 1 (757) 627-7100 /

  5. Products must be returned unmarked and unused in their presentation boxes, if supplied, packed in a sturdy cardboard box protected with suitable packing material. Soft envelopes should not be used even if they are padded.

  6. If there is a mistake in the personalization (name imprint) on a Bible you should contact us on receipt by email to: Please type the subject of your email as “BIBLE NAME IMPRINT MISTAKE”. Let us know the Order/Invoice number, the misspelt name and the correct name. If possible we will ship a replacement Bible with a return label for the Bible with the defective imprint.

  7. These products are non returnable: Software that was downloaded over the Internet. Bibles with a correct name imprint, unless they are otherwise defective; products marked as CLOSEOUTS; products that have been registered with the publisher or with rebates that have been applied for.

Please Note:

  • We process refunds on the same or next business day after receiving them. Your bank will usually put a hold on the funds for a few days after we have processed the refund, depending on their policies.

  • Technical support is supplied by the publishers of the products. Please check for the publisher’s support resources provided with, or in, your product, or on your software Help Menu.
