For payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal through our secure shopping cart system or by telephone to 1-800-214-1826.

Cards are never charged automatically when you order. They are checked and charged through a secure agency when we are ready to make your shipment. All data submitted are stored behind secure firewalls that have never been breached. We shred all hard copy data containing your information before discard.

We accept $US check payment and will wait to receive your check by mail before shipment. If we do not receive your check within 3 weeks we will cancel the order. We will ship immediately if you request payment by check and fax a signed copy of the check to 1-724-776-6003. We do not accept check payment from banks outside the US.

Shipping:

We ship United Parcel Services (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) in the US. For Non US shipments you can select from USPS Airmail Parcel Post, Global Priority Mail, Global Express Mail and Global Surface Mail. When selected, we use special global flat rates for software, CDs and DVDS using a large Global Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope - products and documentation are shipped without their product boxes by this method.

Please Note: If you use a PO Box, APO/FPO Address or a US prison address and select UPS shipping we will ship by USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail and increase the shipping cost on your actual invoice if necessary.

• Free US shipping above $50.00 is by US Postal Service (USPS) Media Mail and their estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks for the mainland US - Hawaii and Alaska can take 2 weeks longer. Free US Shipping is not available for the main Logos Bible Software Libraries nor for our sales partners. Faster free shipping is available on some products when shown in that product's description and the shipping options shown at checkout.

• When you check out of our secure shopping cart you will see all the shipping options available to you and their cost. The rates show an addition of $0.50 to Postal Service Rates to cover the costs of getting mail to a Regional Bulk Mail Center which speeds up service.

• USPS Media Mail delivery time is from 1 to 2 weeks.

• US delivery times for Priority Mail are 2 business days average with a range of 1 to 5 business days. Express Mail is delivered next business day to most locations but sometimes will take 2 business days. 1st class mail usually takes from 1 to 7 business days.

• UPS Ground shipping rates will be lower if delivery is to a non-residential address. When you checkout and delivery is to a non-residential address please add the name of your Church / Company or Other Institution to get this lower rate and clear the check mark from the residential rate box if necessary. • For those countries that accept the service, USPS Global Priority Mail delivers to the local country postal service in up to 10 business days but is often quicker. Transit times within each country are variable. No tracking service is provided. If Global Priority flat rate envelope shipping is chosen we ship only the CDs, all documentation, and box bar code but not the display box.

• Please note that Global Economy Parcel Post goes by land and sea, often with transshipments so delivery can take up to 3 months.

• For those countries that accept the service, USPS Global Express Mail delivers to the local country postal service in 3 to 5 business days. Delivery confirmation is available on www.usps.com and Discount Bible will provide the tracking number by email if you have provided your email address.

• Please Note: Our International prices and shipping rates do not include in-country customs duties or other taxes.

• We do not ship to Nigeria or Ghana because 100% of the orders we previously received were attempts at Internet purchasing fraud. We do not ship to South Africa because commercial shipments from the US are often significantly delayed inside South Africa. We also do not ship to countries where trade is restricted by US Regulations.
