Returns are allowed if we receive them within the first 60 days after shipment, subject to the conditions and exceptions below.When we receive a returned product, that satisfies the conditions below, we will refund your purchase price, less shipping, and send a confirming e-mail. If you chose a free shipping option we will deduct the actual post office or UPS shipping charge that we incurred from your refund.

1. When you want to return a product you must first send an e-mail to: service@discountbible.com within the first 45 days after purchase. Please type the subject of your email as “DISCOUNT BIBLE PRODUCT RETURN” and let us know your invoice number and a brief reason for the return. We will not respond to this email message unless requested to do so

2. You should return your item by United States Post Office (USPS) Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) to: DISCOUNTBIBLE RETURNS,421 Worthington Dr., Mars,PA 16046-7103. In the package, please include a copy of your Discount Bible invoice with a brief note explaining the reason for the return.Credit for returns that are received with a postmark orwww.ups.comshipping date confirmation that is later than 60 days after shipment will not be allowed.

3. For software returns you must first uninstall the product. If you have registered the software with the publisher please tell us the name and email address used for the registration. All retail packaging and all package inserts, manuals, DVD/CD cases and CD/DVD's must also be returned. If any part of the product you received is missing or damaged, we may refuse to accept it back as a return or may charge a restocking fee.We do not accept the return of products not purchased directly from our company.

4. Bibles and books must be returned unmarked and unused in their presentation boxes, if supplied.

5. If your product is defective on receipt (other than for a Bible name imprint mistake) you should look for the publisher’s information with or on the product and contact them directly. Please tell them you purchased their product from Value Growth, Inc (Discount Bible) and follow their directions. If you have any problem contacting the publisher please contact us by email to: service@discountbible.com and type the subject of your email as “DEFECTIVE PRODUCT”

6. If there is a mistake in the personalization (name imprint) on a Bible you should contact us on receipt by email to: service@discountbible.com. Please type the subject of your email as “BIBLE NAME IMPRINT MISTAKE”.

7. These products are non returnable: Bibles with a correct name imprint, unless they are otherwise defective; products marked as CLOSEOUTS; products with publisher rebates that have been applied for.

Please Note:

• We processrefundson the same or next business day after receiving products back. It usually takes a few days for it to show on your credit card or PayPal statement.

• Software technical support is supplied by the publishers of the products.Please check for the publisher’s Internet support resources provided in your documentation, or on your software Help Menu, or listed below. If it is taking some time to work out a solution with the publisher please send an email to:service@discountbible.com,  provide your order/invoice number, and ask for an extension to the 60 day return period.
