Save the file to a folder on your hard drive. The file is a self extracting zip file. Unzip it by clicking on it and selecting a different folder to store the unzipped contents it in. Copy the unzipped contents onto a CD. Remove and reinsert the CD and it will autostart and provide you with the welcome screen to install the program.
